Order Questions

Once an order has been placed, unfortunately, the products ordered cannot be adjusted or changed.

As long as your order hasn't yet been dispatched, we are able to cancel it for you. Please contact us on the telephone on 02476 632520, sales@ukfragrances.co.uk, or message us on Live Chat and provide your order number and we can cancel this for you. We would recommend giving us a call if our phone lines are open, as this is the fastest way to get this cancelled for you.

If your order is listed as being delivered, but you have not received this, you should: · Check if someone else at your address has accepted it · Look around the delivery location, your order may have been left in a safe place or with a neighbour · Check for a notification of attempted delivery. If you have received this please follow the instructions provided by the courier to receive your order

UK Fragrances process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible and we have a few different delivery methods and options.

Some manufacturers are now taking the option to no longer cellophane wrap certain fragrances

In most cases, we can deliver an order to an address of your choice, even if the delivery address is different to your billing address.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and wish to resolve any problems you may have.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm. You will also receive an email from the courier with your relevant tracking information for your order.

For orders delivered within the UK, we use Royal Mail and Hermes to deliver your goods.
