How do I cancel my order?

As long as your order hasn't yet been dispatched, we are able to cancel it for you. Please contact us on the telephone on 02476 632520, sales@ukfragrances.co.uk, or message us on Live Chat and provide your order number and we can cancel this for you. We would recommend giving us a call if our phone lines are open, as this is the fastest way to get this cancelled for you. If your order has already been dispatched we are unable to cancel it, unfortunately. In this case, you can refuse the delivery of the order to have it returned back to ourselves. Once your return has been received we will process a full refund for you.
