My order is shown as being delivered but I haven't received it.

If your order is listed as being delivered, but you have not received this, you should: · Check if someone else at your address has accepted it · Look around the delivery location, your order may have been left in a safe place or with a neighbour · Check for a notification of attempted delivery. If you have received this please follow the instructions provided by the courier to receive your order Please double check the courier operating hours, as some couriers do deliver within a wider timeframe, often delivering later or earlier in the day. Sometimes delivery updates are provided prematurely and sometimes at the end of the day, updates may not reflect if delivery has been made or not, due to this we recommend waiting until the end of the day from when the parcel is marked as delivered before contacting ourselves or the courier waiting for the following day. If this still cannot be located, we would need to begin an investigation with the relevant courier, this is best done via email.
